BASIC PURPOSE:
Incumbent is responsible for service of food as ordered to the guest.
TYPICAL FUNCTIONS:
- Cleans tables and set them to be ready for immediate seating for the
- Greets Guests
- Makes recommendations as they pertain to food
- Announces daily specials, answers questions about menu
- Deliver food orders to guests
- Observes guests for additional services as
- Cleans and prepares tables for next
- Is responsible for assisting at the end of the shift with cleanup of Restaurant
- Assist customers as
- Report equipment malfunctions to
- Maintain professional hygiene and
- Attend and satisfactorily complete required training as directed by the Supervisor or the Human Resources Department.
- Must perform all work functions in accordance with the Casino Safety Policies and

Incumbent in this position must have the ability to work and take action without specific direction and without being monitored.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Six (6) months’ experience in food preparation in a restaurant, kitchen or dining area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Sufficient strength to carry food trays.
Good Mobility to deliver drinks and food to guests
Visual acuity and hearing are sufficient to take orders and prepare bill in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and give prompt and efficient service
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary
