Full-time Restaurant Manager administers the overall Travel Center Restaurant in accordance with management’s directives, policies and procedures. Develops and implements goals and objectives for the department. The Manager is responsible for overall supervision of all Restaurant personnel; to include scheduling, performance management, and training of all restaurant staff.
Minimum Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent AND 5 years experience in the restaurant or kitchen business with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Individual must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds on a regular basis.
